By booking an appointment or using services at Winggo Smart Salon, you agree to these terms.
Appointments
- Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time.
- If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened or the appointment may need to be moved.
- Online bookings are confirmed by the salon. We will contact you if a change is needed.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on our website and in the salon and may change without notice.
- Final prices may vary with hair length, thickness or the products used. We will tell you before we start.
- Payment is due when the service is completed, by cash, UPI or card.
Packages, memberships and offers
- Packages and memberships are personal and cannot be transferred.
- Unused sessions expire on the validity date shown on your bill.
- Offers and coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Health and safety
- Please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions or medical concerns before your service.
- A patch test may be required for colour and some skin treatments.
Liability
We take every care during your service. We are not responsible for reactions to products when allergies or conditions were not shared with us.
